UBE in the Loop: Dec 13 – Jan 5

winter 2

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into friend. ” -Martin Luther King Jr.

In this season and time where affection is traditionally celebrated through tangible gift-giving, don’t forget to show love to the people around you by spending quality time, initiating simple acts of kindness, and rendering words of affirmation to show appreciation. Often times we get so carried away with our own personal lives we get disconnected from shared human experiences that create our support systems we lean on everyday.  Drive out the darkness and continue to shed your light of positivity to those around you.
As the holiday season progress, we continue to challenge everyone to be a blessing to those in need whenever possible!
Happy Holidays!
