About United Black Ellument (U-BE)
United Black Ellument (U-BE), a program of Resource Center of Dallas, is dedicated to building Dallas’ young Black gay and bisexual men’s community. We are creating new ways for young men to come together, meet, socialize, and support each other. We provide alternative social events and opportunities for gay and bisexual men to promote our diversity, well-being, and strength as individuals and as a community. We create a safe environment to talk and encourage each other about issues that are important to us, including safer sex. Did I mention we have A LOT OF FUN in the process.
